Announcement this morning from Mark Allen: "I am delighted to say that we have finally completed our acquisition of 12 magazines owned by UKi Media & Events Ltd.
"These magazines are:
"These magazines will trade in a separate company, MA Aviation & Auto International Ltd, and the 22 staff who will be transferring will be based in our offices in Hawley Mill, Dartford.
"From amongst these staff, we have promoted sales manager Simon Hughes to be the publisher and Tom Stone, the editor of Air Traffic Technology International and Industrial Technology International is to become editorial director of MA Aviation & Auto International Ltd.
"Simon will report to the chief operating officer and managing director of MA Business, Jon Benson, who will have the ultimate control over the integration and direction of the magazines."
