In an incredibly jaded and political market, where exhibitors didn’t believe that UK events worked anymore, PWL proved that they can. A new format of event without the huge stands and associated costs and focused on business content.

The show exceeded on every metric set for success, from net profit at launch and an onsite rebook as well as achieving exclusive sponsorship from key suppliers like Xerox and Heidelberg who hadn’t exhibited in the UK in years.

We wanted to create a feature that would wow the market, be a first for the sector, provide engagement with the MA Exhibitions brand as new owners and deliver more dentist attendees…and that’s exactly what we did.

We delivered huge growth in our dentist numbers, secured significant sponsorship to make it almost cost neutral and secured an incredible number of rebooks, due to the success of the feature.
