Our Chairman, Mark Allen, CEO, Ben Allen, and COO Jon Benson plus many of our senior leaders took time to hear about our graduates' journeys to date, future aspirations and how most importantly, HOW we can help them achieve those career goals.

Not forgetting the class of 2021, we had further celebrations recognising their hard work and NCTJ qualification which they have achieved over the last year.

Mark reiterated ”It’s abundantly clear that we have an outstanding crop of graduates this year, as we did last year. The last cohort did brilliantly in the National Council for the Training of Journalists special Level 4 examinations they were set, each one achieving GOLD standard. This a fantastic result for a bright and engaging group.”

Our graduate scheme has gone from strength to strength over the years and we could not be prouder of our graduates and their ability to continuously impress us all time after time. As a company, we cannot wait to see what you go on to achieve in the next 12 months. 

Applications for our 2023 Graduate Scheme will open in the Spring.
