The Position 

We are recruiting for a passionate Mid/Senior level .Net / Cloud Developer to join our growing Dartford based development team.

You will be joining a team with a strong emphasis on collaboration, problem-solving, and knowledge sharing.   Working alongside the team lead to architect, build and deliver our next generation web platforms.

We are open to new technology and often experiment with and integrate new tools into our environment. Some of the tools and technologies we're currently using are: ASP.NET Framework 4.x (C#), .NET Core, XUnit, Moq, GIT, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Cosmos Db, Vue JS, Tailwind CSS, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services. 

Main roles and Responsibilities 

• Writing maintainable, testable and scalable code to a high standard using .NET Core
• Maintaining existing application and products
• Migrating existing applications and products to the latest version of .NET Core
• Setup and maintenance of build and deployment tools
• Debug, troubleshoot, test and peer review work. 
• Create and consume APIs.
• Contribute to our product roadmap
• Mentor Junior members of the team

Requirements 

1. Prior commercial development experience predominantly focused on C#
2. Exposure to Azure Cloud Services is essential.
3. Knowledge and understanding of common attack vectors.
4. A good understanding of databases and ORM Mappers, Entity Framework preferable.
5. Previous experience in the following would be nice to have, Docker Containers, Umbraco CMS and Identity Server.
